At Jannat’s Shop, we import and deliver quality products directly from China to Bangladesh. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery process, charges, and timelines so that you can shop with confidence.


1. Delivery Areas

We deliver all across Bangladesh through trusted courier partners. However, delivery in certain remote or hard-to-reach areas may be limited or may take extra time.


2. Delivery Timeframes

  • China to Bangladesh Processing: Since our products are imported from China, estimated delivery time is 10–25 business days depending on customs clearance and courier processing.

  • Express / Air Shipment (if available): In select cases, faster delivery options (7–12 business days) may be offered at an additional cost.

  • Delivery times may be delayed during public holidays, sales campaigns, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delay, shipping disruptions, or natural calamities.


3. Delivery Charges

  • Standard Delivery: Charges depend on product weight, size, and delivery location.

  • Free Delivery: For promotional offers or orders exceeding a certain amount (announced on our website), free shipping may be available.

  • All applicable shipping charges will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped from China, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email. You can track the shipment both during the international transit and after it arrives in Bangladesh.


5. Delivery Process

  • Our courier partners will contact you once the shipment reaches your city/district.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the order.

  • If delivery attempts fail multiple times, the order may be returned, and re-delivery charges may apply.


6. Packaging & Safety

We ensure safe and secure packaging of all products. Fragile items are specially packed to minimize damage during international and local transit.


7. Missing, Wrong, or Damaged Items

If your order arrives incomplete, damaged, or with the wrong item(s):

  1. Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package.

  2. Share your order number and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

  3. After verification, we will arrange for a replacement, refund, or store credit as per our Refund & Return Policy.


8. Address Changes

  • Address can be updated before shipment from China.

  • Once the package is in transit, address changes may not be possible or may incur extra charges.
